Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to the Council for:-

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

F/YR26/0621/VOC Variation of condition 20 (Sandy Lane Improvements), 28 (list of approved drawings - Full), Condition 34 (Conformity) and Condition 42 (Phased Surface Water Drainage) of planning permission F/YR22/0844/O (Hybrid Application: 1. Outline application with matters committed in respect of access to erect of up to 200 x dwellings and associated infrastructure, and 2. Full application to erect 100 x dwellings with associated parking, landscaping, public open space, and a new access off Sandy Lane) - changes to house designs and layout, at Land To The East Of, Stow Lane, Wisbech


DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

F/YR26/0623/RM Reserved Matters application relating to detailed matters of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline permission F/YR23/0758/O to erect 1 x dwelling involving the demolition of existing garage, at Land North-West Of 19, Blackmill Road, Chatteris

Should the applicant appeal the Council’s decision, if the appeal is dealt with through the Planning Inspectorate’s Expediated Part 1 Written Representations procedure, comments made on this application will automatically be forwarded to the Inspectorate for consideration. In these circumstances there will be no opportunity to make additional comments.

Comments should be submitted in writing or online by 16 September 2026 to Development Services, Fenland District Council, Fenland Hall, County Road, March, PE15 8NQ. Please be aware that any comments you do make will form part of the public record.
