l) Erection of a free range egg unit with manure arm, feed bins, egg packing conveyor linking to existing egg packing building, hardstanding, access road and drainage at Enthorpe House Farm Kiplingcotes Racecourse Goodmanham YO25 9DG (Ref: 26/02199/PLF)

Proposals (a,b,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (d,g,h,i) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,d,g,h,i) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (f,g,h) affect a public right of way.
