REASON FOR INQUIRY – Appeal by Bloor Homes (South West)
Relating to the application to the Vale of White Horse District Council for Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for the main primary access off Faringdon Road) for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the development of up to 200 dwellings, a community building providing up to 600 sqm of commercial, community uses (Use Classes E, F1 and F2), a local community country park, and associated public open space and infrastructure.
As amplified by amended plans and documents received 27th February 2026 at Shrivenham Park Golf Course, Pennyhooks Lane, Shrivenham, SN6 8EX.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
