Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 3 and 5 above.
The proposed development in respect to 1 above does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which this application relates is situated.
