Works to a Listed Building

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

Application Reference No: S/03/103E/LB From Mr & Mrs Matthew Baldwin for Listed building consent for internal and external refurbishment of existing detached Grade II* Listed dwelling; alterations to existing partitions and construction of modern partitions; replacement of all external windows and doors; replacement of part ground floor; demolition of existing outbuilding and construction of detached garage outbuilding, with driveway and parking at The Oaks, High Oaks, Marthwaite.

Application Reference No: S/01/269G/LB From Mr G Stevens for Listed building consent to replace the main barn roof with Burlington Blue slates, to replace the lean-to roof with profiled insulated metal roof panels and replace the gutters and downpipe with cast iron guttering and downpipe at Platt, Deepdale, Sedbergh.
