The following planning applications have been received by the Council and members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, plans and other documents on the Council’s website - www.blaby.gov.uk/online-applications until the date indicated against each respective application listed below.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about the applications should either visit the website, email planning@blaby.gov.uk or write to the Council at Council Offices, Narborough, Leics, LE19 2EP quoting the appropriate reference number and by the date indicated against each respective application listed below.
Reasons for Advertising
b) The application does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area
c) The application could affect a Right of Way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies
d) Application is classed as a Major Development
j) The application could affect the setting or character of a Listed Building and could affect the character or setting of a Conservation Area.
