EIA Development + Article 15 Local Interest + Affecting a public Right of Way + Affecting the Setting of Listed Building
PROPOSAL: Hybrid planning application comprising: (1) Full planning application for a first phase of residential development for 380 dwellings with associated access from Tollerton Lane, partial demolition of the runway, drainage, open space and associated infrastructure works; and (2) Outline planning permission (all matters reserved) for a phased residential development at Tollerton Airfield comprising demolition of existing buildings and runway, development of dwellings, a primary school, neighbourhood centre (Use Classes C3, E, F2) and supporting infrastructure including accesses from Tollerton Lane and A52, an active travel bridge over the A52, open space, sports pitches, green and blue infrastructure and other supporting infrastructure including a primary substation and foul drainage works.

APPLICANT: Miss Katherine Bowden (26/01282/FUL) Referring to application 24/00347/HYBRID, we are now in receipt of further information under the provisions of Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017. Many of these documents are an update to the Environmental Statement (ES) that formed part of the original submission.
