EIA Development + Article 15 Local Interest + Affecting a public Right of Way + Affecting the Setting of Listed Building

APPLICANT: Miss Katherine Bowden (26/01282/FUL) Referring to application 24/00347/HYBRID, we are now in receipt of further information under the provisions of Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017. Many of these documents are an update to the Environmental Statement (ES) that formed part of the original submission.
