REGULATIONS 2017: NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 21
Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment report (EIA report) has been submitted by SPT in respect of a planning application for the following:
Extension and alteration of electrical substation, erection and alteration of associated plant and works associated with this, importation and exportation of material, demolition and replacement of single storey control building, additional vehicular access/egress, earth works, drainage, landscaping, security fence, parking, lighting and associated works (National EIA Development as also part of Denny to Wishaw Network Upgrade)
The EIA report can be inspected online at: https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/planning-and-building and by following the links to ‘planning applications’ and ‘view and comment on planning applications’ and by entering the reference number 26/00718/FUL into the search box. A paper copy will also be available for inspection at the following locations:
Cumbernauld Library, 8 Allander Walk, Cumbernauld G67 1EE (Tel 01236 632702)
Motherwell Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB (Tel 01698 302336)
Any representations to the application should be submitted within 30 days of the date of this notice to one of the following:
• the planning portal as per the link above
• the Head of Planning and Regeneration at Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB or
• by email to planningenquiry@northlan.gov.uk,
Written or emailed representations should be dated, clearly stating the name and full return email and postal address of those making representations.
Copies of the EIA report may be purchased at a cost of £5000 (hard copy) from Denny to Wishaw Network Upgrade Project, Land and Planning Team, SP Energy Networks, 55 Fullarton Drive, Cambuslang, G32 8FA; via telephone 0800 470 2376 or email info@dennywishaw.co.uk Possible decisions relating to the planning application are:
• approval of the application with or without conditions;
• refuse permission.
