2. Proposed facade upgrades to 3no. principal elevations, new windows to all elevations & proposed roof smoke vent at Copthall House King Street Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire by M1 Investments Ltd. File ref: 26/00631/FUL (Application is within Town Centre Conservation Area)

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively, the applications may be viewed online at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk

Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov. uk Please bear in mind that any communication you send will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties.
