WEST BECKHAM PF/26/1749 Erection of two single storey dwellings; Well Cottage, Back Lane, West Beckham, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6PH for Mr Knowles; Reasons: b)

The reasons for the advertisement are:

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.

Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
