Is Applying To The: THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON COUNCIL
For Planning Permission To:
- Install a community mural on the flank wall of 30 Penton Street, facing into 54 White Lion Street.
- Install a projecting sign on the shopfront facade of 28 Penton Street.
- Vary / remove Condition 7 (cycle parking) placed on planning application P2021/2238/FUL as varied by P2023/0795/S73.

Any owner or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: ISLINGTON COUNCIL, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR by 20/09/2026.

In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
