NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN under section 123 (1), (2A) of the above Act that Stoke-on-Trent City Council intends to dispose of land described in the schedule below. It is the intention that the disposal will be by way of outright sale of the freehold.
Any objections to the disposal to be made in writing and addressed to Corporate Property, Floor 3, Civic Centre, Glebe Street, ST4 1HH or emailed to Estate Services@stoke.gov.uk and to be received by no later than 9th October 2026.
SCHEDULE
Approximately 2.15 acres of land at Former Joiners Square Allotment Site, Leek Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 3JH. A plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question can be inspected at the Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 1HH during normal office hours.
