Proposal Constituting Major Development:
26/01985/S73 - 66 Park Lane, Knebworth, Hertfordshire, SG3 6PW - Variation of conditions 1 and 14 (Revised Plans-Ecological Enhancements) of Reserved Matters application reference 25/01658/RM granted 28.11.2025 for reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout, scale and internal access) for the erection of 9 dwellings with associated landscaping, parking and amenity space pursuant of outline permission 23/02946/OP granted 19.06.2025.

Proposal Constituting Major Development, Notice Under Article 15, Contrary To Local Development Plan And Affecting Setting Of Listed Building:
26/01924/FP - Former Big Cat Sanctuary, Codicote Road, Welwyn, Hertfordshire, AL6 9TU - Erection of 109 residential dwellings with access, parking, hard and soft landscaping and public open space following demolition of all existing buildings and structures.

For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
