Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Major Development - Application:42/26/0028 Erection of 74 dwellinghouses with associated infrastructure on land west of Honiton Road, Taunton.
Affecting a Conservation Area - Application: 3/21/26/046 Removal of part of boundary wall to provide vehicle access at Cherry Trees, 12 Glenmore Road, Minehead, TA24 5BQ.
Listed Building and/or in a Conservation Area - Application: 3/32/26/015 Insertion of single roof light on the south elevation at Marshgrass, Gorpit Lane, Stolford, Stogursey, Bridgwater, TA5 1TW
The applications can be viewed online www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-west or at Council Offices & libraries. Comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email planningwest@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Somerset Planning West, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY within 21 days (quote the application number). Please include your name, postal & email address for your comments to be recorded. Responses will be made available for public inspection.
