What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission, a departure, major development or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order or Public Right of Way. The application details are available to view and comment on at www.tandridge.gov.uk/planning, or comment in writing to Council Offices, Oxted, RH8 0BT. Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

2026/907 - Old Millers Farm, Scotts Hill, Outwood.
Removal of a secondary internal staircase.

2026/969 - 10 Brook Hill, Oxted. Erection of ancillary outbuilding.

2026/931 - Land off Oxted Road (A25). Variation of Condition
2 (Approved plans) and 6 (Drainage scheme) of planning permission ref: 2020/690 (APP/M3645/W/21/3272384) dated 30/09/2021 (Erection of crematorium facility with associated memorial areas, landscaping, parking and infrastructure), as amended under 2020/690/NMA2 dated 03.06.2026, to allow revised plans to accommodate a Porte Cochere and the implementation of an alternative drainage scheme.

2026/1096 - Botley Hill Farm, Limpsfield Road, Warlingham.
Part retrospective for original tea room conversion. Then change of use of tea room to guest accommodation, with associated replacement windows and doors, the infill of a window and the addition of roof lights.
