PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26F/2410 - 4-8 Fulton Street (5) Applicant Gary Hincks. To change use from disused warehouse to licensed premises for provision of alcohol and entertainment with separate food court.
26L/2439 - LUCKNOW MOTORS, Lucknow Street (17) Applicant Jim Crook. To repair existing brickwork, replace roof, install a replacement garage door and 1 no. rooflight to front in connection with change of use from car repair garage (Class B2) to an office/workspace (Use Class E).
26H/2403 - Beech House, 7 Carnatic Road (18) Applicant Lucy Gambhir. To erect new boundary wall to front and gates and widen the existing internal driveway, following the removal of the existing front boundary wall.
26F/2277 & 26L/2180 - 20 Nelson Street (1) Applicant Paul Dixon, Frenson Ltd. To carry out works to re-roof and repair the chimney stacks, replace decayed non-original timber windows with timber framed single glazed sliding sash windows.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 1st October 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
