AT: Stephen Park Dalehead Slaidburn BB7 4TS FOR: Listed building consent for repairs to walls, front guttering, front facia board, and porch window lintel.

AT: 23 York Street Clitheroe BB7 2DH FOR: Listed Building Consent to replace concrete tiles to front elevation roof with natural black slate Application number: 3/2026/0622

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number.
Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
