NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received the following Applications:

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Major Applications:
St Dunstan’s College, Stanstead Road, London, SE6 4TY - Partial demolition, extension, excavation, conversion and refurbishment of existing leisure centre buildings to provide a sixth form centre, junior sports hall and upgraded sports facilities; construction of a new eight-lane swimming pool with associated wet and dry changing facilities, climbing wall, studio spaces, plant and store accommodation; together with associated hard and soft landscaping works (DC/26/145024).

12 Oakcroft Road, London, SE13 7ED - Construction of an outbuilding, associated landscaping and garden works (DC/26/145199).

Brockley Conservation Area:
10 Wickham Gardens, London, SE4 1LY - Installation of replacement double glazed timber windows in the front elevation and uPVC windows and doors in the rear elevation (DC/26/145173).

Forest Hill Conservation Area:
65 Thorpewood Avenue, London, SE26 4BY - Retrospective application for the construction of a single-storey rear extension (DC/26/145025).

23 Benson Road, London, SE23 3RL - Installation of replacement windows with timber sash windows on the ground floor front elevation (DC/26/145225).

Hatcham Mews Conservation Area:
19 Brocklehurst Street, London, SE14 5QG - Installation of replacement timber double-glazed sash windows to the ground and first floor of the front elevation (DC/26/144929).

Telegraph Hill Conservation Area:
81 Erlanger Road, London SE14 5TQ - The lowering of existing basement floor space and the creation of a front bay lightwell with 2 windows, door and staircase to form a new entry, together with the installation of a window to the side elevation, landscaping and all associated works. (DC/26/144794).
