Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

26/1029/HSE/MT: - 5 Elmroyd Avenue, Potters Bar, EN6 2ED - Installation of 8x solar panels.
Reason: Conservation Area.

26/1187/REM/GO: - Land East Of: South Mimms Services, St Albans Road, South Mimms - Application for the approval of reserved matters relating to site-wide advanced infrastructure and enabling works (Phase 1a), including a permanent vehicular access off Swanland Road which will facilitate a temporary access during construction, a permanent emergency vehicle access off Bridgefoot Lane, pedestrian and cycle routes, internal roads, car and cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping, on-site water attenuation, temporary and permanent campus bridges, utilities and services, a security gatehouse, substations, ancillary buildings and service yards, the creation of development platforms to support the phased data centre development, and all associated infrastructure pursuant to outline planning permission reference 24/1152/OUTEI.
Reason: Major Development.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at: www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at: The Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to: The Head of Planning, at: The Borehamwood Offices, within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days, if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
