The above Order was made on the 11th day of September 2026. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath known as Footpath No. RDC-799 (C) (Part) (Redditch)

Description of Existing Footpath No. RDC-799 (C) (Part) (Redditch) to be Diverted

The section of Footpath No. RD-799(C) (Part) for its full width, commencing at a Point A (OSGB 407946, 268419) on the east side of Ravens Bank Drive, and running in a south easterly direction for approximately 414 metres, terminating at a Point B (OSGB 408199, 268091), where it meets with the existing Footpath No. RD-800(C).

Description of Proposed Diverted Route of Footpath No. RDC-799 (C) (Part) (Redditch)

Proposed Footpath commencing at a Point C (OSGB 407946, 268288) on the east side of Ravens Bank Drive, and then running in an arc of 10 metres radius in a south easterly direction for approximately 12 metres, to Point D (OSGB 407957, 268284), and then running in a north easterly direction for approximately 9 metres, to Point E (OSGB 407963, 268291), and then running in a south easterly direction for approximately 82 metres, to Point F (OSGB 408029, 268241), and then running in an arc of 41 metres radius in a south easterly direction for approximately 18 metres, to Point G (OSGB 408045, 268234), and then running in a south easterly direction for approximately 20 metres, to Point H (OSGB 408065, 268230), and then running in a north easterly direction for approximately 28 metres, to Point I (OSGB 408088, 268245), and then running in a south easterly direction for approximately 13 metres, to Point J (OSGB 408099, 268238), this length consisting of steps and ramps to accommodate difference in levels, and then running in a north easterly direction for approximately 5 metres, to Point K (OSGB 408103, 268241).

Proposed Footpath commencing at a Point A (OSGB 407946, 268419) on the east side of Ravens Bank Drive and then running in a south westerly direction for approximately 15 metres, to Point L (OSGB 407933, 268410).

A copy of the Order and map may be seen or obtained free of charge at the Customer Services Centre, 5 George Walk, Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch, B97 4HB from 09:00 to 17:00 Mondays to Fridays, or viewed online at:

www.redditch.gov.uk/consultations

Any representations or objections to the Order must be in writing stating the grounds upon which they are made addressed to the Principal Solicitor, Redditch Borough Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch B98 8AH no later than the 10th day of October 2026.

If no such representations or objections are made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Redditch Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
