Road East, Selby, YO8 8TE. I give notice that

Power Minerals Ltd is applying to North

Yorkshire Council for planning permission for

the Proposed construction of 7 no. silos, 2

no. LPG storage tanks, 1 no. bunded diesel

tank with external lighting. Members of the

public may view the application, the plans, &

other documents submitted with the

application at North Yorkshire Council

(Selby), Planning Department, Civic Centre,

Doncaster Road, Selby during all reasonable

hours until 24/09/26. Please note that this

may require a prior appointment. You are

advised to check with the Council before

making your visit. The application may also

be viewed using the Online Planning Register

on the Council’s web-site

www.northyorks.gov.uk. If you wish to make
