Notice is hereby given of applications which have been submitted to East Lindsey District Council.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice. Affects Public Footpath No.338. Extension and alterations to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation. Sailors Cottage, Roman Bank, Sandilands. Mr L Kirkby, (01316/26/FUL).

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 
The following applications will not be determined until 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Affects Listed Building and Conservation Area. Change of use, extension and alterations to former care home (Use Class C2) to provide 6no. self-contained residential units (Use Class C3) and the erection of 4no. self-contained residential units (Use Class C3), together with associated parking, cycle storage, refuse storage, landscaping and amenity space. Netherlands Residential Home, Spilsby Road, Horncastle. Mr Hugo De Savary, (01198/26/FUL). Listed Building. Section 19 application to vary condition no. 4 (windows) and no. 5 (doors) as previously imposed on listed building consent ref. N/062/01750/23 for the conversion of and alterations to existing outbuildings into additional living accommodation. Bridge Farm, AustenFen, Grainthorpe. Miss C Lee, (01304/26/RVC).

In determining an application the Local Planning Authority will take into account representations relating to the applications which are received by them. Any response you make is open to public inspection and will also appear on the Council's website in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) At 1985, even if marked 'Private and Confidential'.
