Take notice that an application has been made by Taylor Wimpey London for "Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access to the site) for residential development including affordable housing (Class C3); a SEND/Community Facility (Classes F1 and F2); vehicular access from Main Road (with additional emergency vehicular access from Gusted Hall Lane); public open space; and associated infrastructure" ref: 25/00539/OUT
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Rochford District Council, Civic Suite, 2 Hockley Road, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 8EB, within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
Take notice that Taylor Wimpey London, having applied to Rochford District Council for the above application, is appealing to the Secretary of State on the basis of the failure of the Council to give notice of a decision. ref. 6008332.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this appeal should write to: The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN, within 14 days of the publication of this notice.
*"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
**"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
