Vastint UK Services Limited has applied to THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM to modify the planning obligation described below.

Planning Obligation:
Application pursuant to S106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to modify the provisions in the Deed of Planning Obligation dated 27 September 2012 (planning reference 12/00336/LTGOUT) as amended. The proposed modification seeks to change the tenure of affordable dwellings from Discount Market Sale (DMS) to Discount Market Rent (DMR).
