WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2026/00798: North Owersby: Mr & Mrs Hawthorne: Tattershall House, Cater Lane: proposed garden room extension & conversion of outbuilding. (affects right of way)
b) WL/2026/00801: Grasby: Mr & Mrs Beeley: 10 White House Clixby Lane: alterations & extensions incl. porch, ground floor rear extension, roof lift to barn, & erection of garden room.
You may view the application, plans and other submitted documents online at
lindsey.gov.uk/planning or at the Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA. Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
