Variation of Condition 1 and amendment or removal of Condition 2 of planning permission 19/00768/FUL (Erection of 22 self-contained, one-bedroom specialised support living apartments (Use Class C3) with ancillary staff area, open space and car parking) to allow revision of second floor layout and non-supported living, and include overnight staff accommodation.

Listed Building and Conservation Area Proposals

IP/26/00660/LBC St Clements Congregational Church Back Hamlet. Removal of graffiti from masonry, woodwork, flooring and metal work within the church; refurbishment of an existing leaded light casement window to the rear of the church (north side); and, repair to the damaged staircase to the rear of dias including refitting of existing handrails and spindles, installation of new spindles where missing and new balustrading along the rear part of the landing to enclose the area.
