NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPROPRIATE LAND AND BUILDINGS AT HEVERSHAM HOUSE AND KENTMERE HOUSE AND LAND AND CAR PARKING AT ILDERTON ROAD, TUSTIN ESTATE, OLD KENT ROAD, LONDON SE15 PART OF WHICH IS OPEN SPACE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Southwark intend to exercise powers pursuant to Section 122(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to appropriate for planning purposes land being approximately 24,861m2 in extent at Land and Buildings at Heversham House and Kentmere House and Land and Car Parking at Ilderton Road, Tustin Estate, Old Kent Road, London SE15 part of which is open space.
A copy of the map showing the locations and areas of the land to which this Notice relates can be inspected at the offices of the Council in the Chief Executive’s Department, 5th Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH (Reference: Paul Murphy). Appointments are available between the hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Anyone wishing to make objections to the intended appropriation of the land should make them in writing no later than 4:00pm on 1 October 2026 at the address above (quoting the reference) or at paul.murphy@southwark.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
