Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/01246: LAND SOUTH OF KENNEL LANE HOOKWOOD HORLEY RH6 0AY: Erection of 20 No. dwellings and associated parking and landscaping with access from Kennel Lane.
MO/2026/01247: SONDES PLACE FARM WESTCOTT ROAD DORKING RH4 3EB: Variation of Condition 1 of Reserved Matters application MO/2024/1703 for the consideration of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to Outline permission MO/2023/0188 (allowed on appeal ref: APP/C3620/W/23/3324631) which was for a residential development of up to 144 dwellings including the creation of new vehicular access, school parking and drop-off/pick-up, gypsy and traveller pitches (0.2ha), public open space, landscape planting, surface water attenuation and associated infrastructure to allow a change to the housing mix of the market housing.
