What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area. 

2026/0519/LBC
St Botolphs Church: Repair and conservation works to include roof, tower and masonry repairs, reinstatement of a tower pinnacle, alterations to font and pulpit and associated works. (Listed Building Consent)

2026/0518/FUL
St Botolphs Church: External repair and conservation works to include reroofing of the north aisle and north nave roof slopes, repairs to tower roof and masonry, installation of new rainwater goods, reinstatement of a tower pinnacle, alterations to tower access arrangements and associated works.

2026/0326/FUL
398A, 399A, 400A High Street: Replacement of 3 windows to front elevation and 2 windows on side elevation. The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
