NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: St Bartholomews Hospital, New Road, Rochester, ME1 1DS. I give notice that: Aspenisle Ltd is applying to Medway Council for planning permission for: “Variation of Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 and insertion of new conditions to planning permission MC/25/0768 for the minor design/layout changes to the approved Watts House, Nurses and Lloyds Block and Mews Block buildings”.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Medway Council, Development Control, Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham, ME4 4TR by: 24/09/2026.

If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner of the site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address.

* ”owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
