PROPOSED STOPPING UP (TEMPORARY) OF CORE PATH (AT SPRINGWELL PARK, STEWARTON) ORDER 2026

East Ayrshire Council hereby gives notice that it has made an order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended), authorising the temporary stopping up of a section of a core path at

SPRINGWELL PARK, STEWARTON to enable necessary works to be carried out on behalf of Scottish Water.

Copies of the proposed Order, Schedule and Plan, specifying the section of core path to be stopped up and the alternative route, are available online using the link below for 28 days from 16th September 2026. www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/consultations

Within that period, any person may object to the making of the Order by written notice to East Ayrshire Council. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which objections relate and the grounds on which they are made.
