THE DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO ACCORD WITH THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE FOR THE AREA - P1014/26/FUL - Erection of a single dwelling with associated access parking drainage and landscaping. Demolition of existing garages - Garages, The Triangle, Brockweir,

WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA - P0992/26/FUL - Erection of a two storey side extension to include demolition of the existing garage with alterations to fenestration and associated works - Mill Cottage, Millend, Blakeney.

Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. 

Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 30th September 2026.  Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
