Appeal(s) by Southeast Tree Care Ltd Against the enforcement notice(s) served by London Borough of Sutton.

The notice(s) allege(s): Without planning permission:

A. The material change of use of the Land to a sui generis mixed-use of activities comprising:

(1) a waste storage, processing, distribution and recycling centre/business;

(2) a tree surgery/forestry business;
