Notice is hereby given that Gasrec is applying to Stafford Borough Council for Hazardous Substances Consent for the construction of a new Natural Gas (Biomethane) Refuelling Station at Screwfix DC, Shackleton Way, Stafford ST16 1GY. The application is submitted in respect of this new construction.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Stafford Borough Council, Planning Dept., Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ during office hours from the 21st September to the 16th October 2026.
The Hazardous Substances Authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent and will decide under what conditions to grant consent.
