NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Erection of a Pair of Semi-Detached Agricultural Workers Dwellings in Place of Existing Dwelling (variation of condition V of planning permission TH/5/66/341 in respect of removing the agricultural occupancy condition for 1 Cammock Hand only) At 1 Cammock Hand Hook Green Road Southfleet (Application Reference: DA/26/00994/VCON) which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

2) Erection of a garden shed at Wastdale Red Street Southfleet (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00950/FUL) and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building and which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

3) Application for Listed Building Consent for erection of a garden shed At Wastdale Red Street Southfleet (Application Reference: DA/26/00951/LBC)

and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building and which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
