REASON FOR INQUIRY
Appeal by Gladman Developments Ltd, relating to the application to Braintree District Council for the Outline planning application with all matters reserved, except for access, for the demolition of all buildings and structures, with the exception of the outbuilding adjacent to Cressing Park, and erection of up to 350 dwellings (including affordable housing), with public open space (including children’s play areas), landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and land for an early years/nursery facility and associated infrastructure. (This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement) at Land off Braintree Road, Cressing, Essex, CM77 8JE.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
