I give notice that Mr Adrian Lott Parker Strategic Land Ltd applied on 7th February 2022 to the Braintree District Council for Outline planning permission (with all matters reserved apart from access) for up to 600 dwellings, including up to 75 units sheltered housing accommodation, early years and childcare provision, and provision of public open space including associated landscape planting with associated infrastructure, drainage measures, earthworks and provision of new footpath/cycleway route towards Coggeshall and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Reasons for publicity: The applicant has amended the description of development, submitted additional information as part of the application, which is an Application for Planning Permission; Application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and additional environmental information (“other information”) in relation to an Environmental Statement; Application for Major Development; Application Affecting a Public Right of Way; Application does not accord with the Development Plan; Application Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application; the plans; the environmental statement and additional environmental information (“other information”) in relation to an Environmental Statement; and other documents submitted with the application at Braintree District Council Offices, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB during normal office hours until 5th October 2025.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Turleys, EIA Team, The Pinnacle, 20 Tudor Road, Reading, RG1 1NH (Tel. 0118 902 2830). Copies of the Environmental Statement can be obtained for a charge of £500 and copies of the Non-Technical Summary for a charge of £15.
