Notice is hereby given that an application is being made to Thurrock Council by Stonebond Properties (Chelmsford) Limited for planning permission to:

Full planning application for erection of 54 dwellings (Use Class C3) with new access and alteration to existing access to Little Wellhouse Farm and Well Dog Field, landscaping, associated parking, garages, amenity space and other supporting infrastructure.

Location of Development: Land Adjacent And To Rear Of 192D To 246 Blackshots Lane Grays Essex

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council at Thurrock Council at Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
