Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by the City and County of Swansea as Local Planning Authority for planning permission for the following developments:
A. DEVELOPMENTS WHICH DO NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE IN THE AREA IN WHICH THE LAND TO WHICH THE APPLICATIONS RELATE ARE SITUATED:

B. APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT:

Singleton Abbey Singleton Park Swansea SA2 8PW Removal of modern internal partitions to provide an open-plan office space. In addition, restore a historic window opening to the internal corridor to match the sash style of windows found elsewhere in the Abbey (application for Listed Building Consent) (Ref: 2026/1358/LBC)
