I give notice that Mrs S Cooper c/o Consilium Town Planning Services Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of a proposed self-build detached dwelling utilising existing access. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
