2. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Internal and external works to convert houses into one dwelling and erection of replacement outbuilding in rear garden. (Retrospective). Pipewell Cottages, North Street, Winchelsea, Icklesham. RR/2026/0761/HOU and RR/2026/0762/LBC
3. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Replacement of the existing roofs with a larger roof form; creation of a flat within the enlarged roof; remodelling of the ground-floor plan to alter the floorspace of the existing flat and shop; new storage building; off street parking and cycle store. Spar Stores, Station Road, Northiam. RR/2026/0795/FULL.
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2 and 3 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1 and 2 above.
