NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15, PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING

AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2026/2305 WRENINGHAM, Glastonbury Cottage, Top Row, NR16 1AR – Replacement of three downstairs windows to double glazed windows. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/2330 WINFARTHING, Furze Farm, Short Green, IP22 2EE – Repair/replace the sole plate and any vertical timber sections as required. Carry out works to eliminate the damp along the whole wall and the store room to make this room usable with a potential door way into the scullery. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/2408 BROCKDISH, 69 The Street, IP21 4JX – Demolition of existing dwelling and new build 3 storey residential dwelling on site including minor reworking of existing site levels. Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

2026/2094 WYMONDHAM, 7 Market Place, NR18 0AG – Installation of combined defibrillator and bleed kit cabinet to external wall of Nationwide Building Society branch. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.  All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.  Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website.
