What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

26/0803/FH - Land Adjoining Princess Royal Inn, South Street, Folkestone. Installation of 1 bronze life size (plus 10%) statue of Noel Redding, on a portland stone plinth, cemented into the soil with foundations.

26/1350/FH - 19 High Street, New Romney, TN28 8BN. Retrospective application for the installation of shopfront sign, hanging sign & barber pole.

26/1359/FH - Flat 1, 44 Sandgate Hill, Sandgate, Folkestone, CT20 3AX. Installation of velux rooflight to rear kitchen extension.

26/1394/FH - 2 Church Street, Folkestone, CT20 1SE. Installation of a commercial kitchen extract flu to rear of property (Retrospective).

Representations can be made in writing either online on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publicly viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
