What is planned?

26/02979/DISCON, Mr Lee Harbisher, Discharge of conditions 5 (Render Removal) and 8 (mortar details) on approved planning application 26/00911/LBC, Hollin Hill Cottage Hollin Hill Terrace Riding Mill NE44 6HP, DISLBC

26/02998/VARYCO, Mrs Julie Drummond, Variation of Condition 6 on approved application 21/01861/LBC - condition was not formally discharged. Vary wording of condition to say: Notwithstanding the detail contained within the application, the precise location of the electric charging point shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the LPA., Orchard Vale Corbridge NE45 5HF, LBC
