The Council has under consideration the following application:

Ref: DMPA/2026/0920 (Affects the setting of a listed building) Ground floor extension to existing snooker room & pool room at Corbin House, Hilton Road, Egginton, Derby, DE65 6GU
Ref: DMPA/2026/1028 (Affects a conservation area; Affects a listed building) Listed Building Consent to install signage on shop front fascia, paint shop front woodwork & advertise properties in the window at 3 Midland Road, Swadlincote, DE11 0AG
Ref: DMPA/2026/1100 (Affects a conservation area; Affects the setting of a listed building; Affects a public right of way) Proposed single-storey rear extension, first-floor extension, replacement windows throughout the property, replacement of the existing front door & garage door, introduction of front entrance gates & a front garden boundary wall & the removal of two existing trees at 18 High Street, Ticknall, Derby, DE73 7JH
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH.
Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
