What is planned?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL

Town and Country Planning (DMPO) (England) 2015 Notice under Article 15, (LB & CA) Regulations & Act 1990, & (EIA) Regulations 2017. Notice is hereby given that the council has received the following applications which affect a listed building, are within a conservation area, are major development, EIA development or represent a departure from the development plan.

Scunthorpe PA/2025/1607 (EIA) 521 dwellings and mixed use development, land west of Scotter Road and north of Moor Road 

Barton PA/2026/704 alterations to front elevation, 5 Queen Street 

Winterton PA/2026/876 replace 4 sash windows on south-facing elevation, 9 West Street 

Redbourne PA/2026/877 & PA/2026/897 replace 4 chimney stacks, The Old Vicarage, Vicarage Lane 

Barton PA/2026/930 & PA/2026/931 replace shop front, 9 George Street 

Crowle PA/2026/958 & PA/2026/966 internal alterations to ground floor, additional built form to existing rear extension and new signage/lighting to front, Cross Keys House, 10 Market Place East 

Halton PA/2026/960 (EIA) for phased enabling works comprising access, site clearance, earthworks, land grading, drainage, flood mitigation, utility diversion and associated infrastructure, land east of Skitter Road 

Barton PA/2026/961 up to 40 storage containers and security fencing, Barton Hill Farm 

Worlaby PA/2026/975 & PA/2026/980 alterations and extensions, Worlaby House Cottage, Middle Barn Farm 

Burton PA/2026/986 amend condition 2 of PA/2025/262, 14 High Street
