Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Affects the Character of a Conservation Area, Application:11/26/0009: Installation of solar panels and air source heat pump to the rear of the property at 4 Meadowside, Coggins Lane, Combe Florey.

Affects the Setting of Listed Building, Application:38/26/0214: Change of use of office building with partial loft conversion to create 6 No. residential flats at Melville House, 12 Middle Street, Taunton.

Application:43/26/0070, Change of use from office space to create 5 No. self contained flats with erection of a first floor extension to the rear, works to increase roof height and various internal alterations at 1 Fore Street, Wellington.

Listed Building Consent, Application:38/26/0215/LB: Change of use of office building with partial loft conversion to create 6 No. residential flats at Melville House, 12 Middle Street, Taunton.

Application:38/26/0230/LB: Replacement of 14 No. windows and 1 No. door at Comeytrowe Manor West, Lipe Hill Lane, Trull (retention of works already undertaken).

Application:43/26/0071/LB: Change of use from office space to create 5 No. self contained flats with erection of a first floor extension to the rear, works to increase roof height and various internal alterations at 1 Fore Street, Wellington.

Application:49/26/0001/LB: Erection of a first floor extension to the rear and conversion of loft into ancillary accommodation with the insertion of conservation rooflights, replacement rear fenestration and associated internal works at Tudor Cottage, 12 Church Street, Wiveliscombe.

Listed Building and/or in a Conservation Area, Application: 3/21/26/045: Replacement of current chipboard flooring, polystyrene insulation and modern, bitumen coated, concrete slab with Limestone flags and breathable lime mortar in front living room at 2 Church Farm Cottages, Church Road, Minehead, TA24 5JR.

Major Development, Application:38/26/0246: Variation of condition No. 01 (approved plans) of application 38/260197/NMA (in relation to 38/05/0323) to reflect proposed amendments at 46 St James Street, Taunton.
