The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26F/2121 - Liverpool John Moores University Aldham Robarts Learning Resource Centre Maryland Street (1) Applicant Will Duckworth. To install new plant units to roof with associated enclosures
26A/2299 - Coopers Buildings,12 Church Street (1) Applicant Lexuri Arregui, LILHG UK Limited. To display 1 no. externally illuminated fascia sign and 1 no. proposed advertisement plaque.
26F/2276 - Springfield Gardens, Alder Road (12) Applicant Step Places (trading name First-Step Group Ltd). Full planning application for the erection of residential development, to be developed in individual phases, comprising up to 59 apartments (Use Class C3) up to 31 dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) and up to 8 specialist supported housing apartments (Use Class C3b) together with parking, drainage infrastructure and other associated works.
26F/1556 - Former Carlton Cinema/Coconut Grove Site, Land at Junction of West Derby Road and Green Lane (13) Applicant David Ayem, Virtue Developments and Sovini Group. To erect part three/part four/part five and part six storey residential development comprising 123 dwellings (67 x 1 bedroom flats; 53 x 2 bedroom flats; 3 x 3 bedroom flats) with associated access, servicing, car and cycle parking, landscaping and associated works.
26F/2332 - Liverpool Cricket Club, Aigburth Road (19) Applicant G. Henney Game4Padel. To erect 2 no. padel courts to replace 2 no. grass tennis courts and erect ancillary reception/store building.
26H/2189 - 35 Nook Rise (15). Applicant Mr Edward Griffiths. To lay new hard standing to front so as to create 1 no. parking space.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 24th September 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
