What is planned?

PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENTS

Pre-application consultation by Perth and Kinross Council regarding its intention to submit a planning application for the construction of a new primary school, Intensive Support Provision (ISP) and nursery together with outdoor learning areas, playgrounds, a multi-use games area (MUGA), car parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure at land west of Bertha Park High School, Adamson Avenue, Perth.

A public consultation event will take place on Monday 14 September 2026 at Bertha Park High School, Adamson Avenue, Perth, between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Members of the project team will be available to explain the proposals and answer questions. A second public consultation event will also be held at the same venue on Monday 5 October 2026, between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.

The project information will be available to view on the Perth and Kinross Council consultation webpage at:https:// consult.pkc.gov.uk/ecs/berthaparkprimary

If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the public consultation event or via the online feedback form available on the project webpage. Further information can be obtained by contacting Perth and
Kinross Council at communications@pkc.gov.uk.

All comments on the proposals should be submitted by Friday 9 October 2026. Please note that comments submitted at this stage are not representations to Perth and Kinross Council as Planning Authority. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the Council should a planning application be submitted.
