I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

21 Northumberland Avenue Benton – APPLICATION NO: 26/01031/FULH
Eve Lenez is applying for planning permission for Single storey rear extension, alterations to windows and addition of air conditioning unit. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

15 Woodleigh Road Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 26/01176/FULH
Mr David Beaumont is applying for planning permission for Demolition of the existing rear conservatory, storage and utility room to the rear of the existing garage, demolition of existing side lean-to entrance and WC. Construction of a replacement single storey rear extension. Construction of a single-storey link between the dwelling and the existing detached garage to accommodate a utility room and bathroom. Replacement of the existing garage roof covering. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

17 Dukes Meadow Backworth – APPLICATION NO: 26/01173/FUL
Mr Dave Carney is applying for planning permission for Change of use of agricultural land (Sui Generis) to residential curtilage (Class C) including engineering operations comprising a localised increase in land levels to part of the lower rear garden area to create a usable terrace, together with the installation of steps linking the upper and lower garden levels. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Land To The Rear Of 10 Dukes Meadow Backworth – APPLICATION NO: 26/01178/FUL
Ms Ashleigh Lawrence is applying for planning permission for Change of use of land to the north of the property from agricultural (Sui Generis) to residential (Class C3). It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

11 Dukes Meadow Backworth – APPLICATION NO: 26/01170/FUL
Mr Robert Stewart is applying for planning permission for Change of use of agricultural land (Sui Generis) to private garden (Class C3) (retrospective). It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
