I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
21 Northumberland Avenue Benton – APPLICATION NO: 26/01031/FULH
Eve Lenez is applying for planning permission for Single storey rear extension, alterations to windows and addition of air conditioning unit. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
15 Woodleigh Road Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 26/01176/FULH
